Here you can claim your baggage, before that you have to clear Customs and Border Protection, at the gate D23. For enrolling global applications the office is located at the same level. The ground transportation and CBP’s cashier office are also at the same level.

For domestic flights the arrival operates at the upper level, where you have to go through the security and then baggage claim area. If you’re catching a domestic connecting flight, make sure to stay in the secure area. You can take the free Skylink train or take a stroll to Terminals A or D using the pedestrian walkways that are conveniently located near gate C2.

For international Passengers, head to Terminal D to clear customs, grab your bags, and then check them in again. After that, you’ll need to go through security once more. If you have separate tickets, make sure to recheck your bags at your airline’s check-in desk.
The departure process is handled at the upper level/ level 3 of terminal D.
